High impact sports bras are known for their strong support, so people with large breasts can go for them for the most comfortable support as they can prevent excessive amounts of breast movement that can result in breast pain. To be exact, a high impact sports bra uses a compression method to hold the breasts in place so they donâ€™t move as much during exercises.
