Lara Intimates uses surplus fabrics and notions from other lingerie brands. The brand manufactures everything in-house in their London studio. They have a great “find my size” tool and the largest range from a sustainable lingerie brand, from 26A to 36I. This product can ship internationally.
The Very Good Bra
The Very Good Bra claims to be the world’s first zero-waste bra from all of the components. Even things like elastics, labels and hook/eye closures are naturally derived. This product is biodegradable and able to ship internationally from Australia.
Anek creates beautiful bras and pantie sets by using all surplus, deadstock and reclaimed materials. They are ethically made in Berlin or Poland. Their main base is in Germany. Anek can ship internationally.
Nico is one of the few sustainable bra brands that offer both styles. That styles are underwire and wire-free. Nico uses mainly Lenzing modal and recycled cotton. Recycled cotton is made in Australia. Their products have GOTS certified factory in India. They are working on their fair trade certification. Nico can ship internationally.
Naja is one of the few brands offering moulded-cup bras. While not all their products are sustainable, they do have an eco-friendly bra collection made from recycled synthetics and a zero-waste collection made from reclaimed fabric. Naja is based in U.S. and able to ship internationally.
Aikyou is specializing in sustainable bras and lingerie for small busts. It uses primarily organic cotton and its pieces are sewn in a fair trade factory in Croatia. They’re in the process of getting GOTS certified. Aikyou is based in Germany and able to ship internationally.
Azura Bay is a great online boutique with a variety of sustainable and ethical bra and lingerie brands. Their store is based in Canada. They have a US store as well.
