A Guide: How to Identify the Types of Breast Fullness

Just like how women have different body shapes and sizes, so do their breast shapes. Truth is, no breasts are completely identical to each other, each woman has their own unique sizes even if they have similar breast shapes, hence there is no such thing as “one bra fits all”.

And therefore, as a woman, you need to take your time to find the right types of bras that give your breasts the best support and coverage. But first, you need to figure out your shapes (yes, you can have a variety of shapes at the same time) because some have shallow breast shapes while some have fuller breasts; and there are different types of “full” that will require different types of bras. In this article, we are going to bring you a guide on the different types of full breast shapes.

Full

Full breasts are also known as round shaped breasts. They have an equal amount of fullness at the top and bottom. You may think that this is the “perfect boobs” but women with full breasts often struggle with the quad boob effect or boob spillage, mainly because the bras are not able to provide full coverage. Full breasts are easy to identify, as the breast tissues are equal in all areas.

Full on the side

Breasts that are full on the side have more tissues towards the side boobs, and it can be either inner fullness (the sides that are closer to the centre of the chest) or outer fullness (the sides closer to the armpits). This breast shape is not easy to spot from the side, so the better way to identify it would be from a top view, which will look like this:

Full on top

Full on top breasts have more breast tissue on the top, and the obvious way to identify this is that nipples would point a little downwards.

When bending 90° , full on top boobs will look like this. While standing straight, the side view will be like this:

Full on bottom

Full on bottom has breast tissues that accumulate more at the bottom of your breasts, which makes the nipples point slightly upwards.

When bending 90°, a breasts with lower fullness will look like this. While standing straight, they will look like this from the side:

Some people might be confused because they assume that full breasts are characterized by mainly looking full, but if you observe closely, you can spot the difference! And by knowing which type of full breast shape you are will ease your journey to find the right bra, and moreover, save up the cost of buying the wrong and uncomfortable bra.
